The Fellowship is pleased to present our conversation with Peter Simeti, publisher at Alterna Comics and the Make Mine Indie catalog. Make Mine Indie releases their Spring catalog on March 20, and Alterna is in the process of bringing back newsprint comics later this year. Peter also gives us some great insight on the publishing game. And as always, our picks of the week.
What we're up to this week:
The Young Ones - BBC comedy from the 1980s; perfect madness and fun
Les took Thomas to this month's AGFA film at the local Alamo Drafthouse - much fun was had by all, even though they had to watch Sweet Sugar
[I had to leave the truck zooming by, mainly because of our reaction to it. I hope it doesn't make us look too unprofessional, but hey, we're not professionals :-) -m]
Check out our sponsor page! Head to the website and click on the banners for Things From Another World and Make Mine Indie! (Click through the TFAW banner on our site and we get a cut. And check out tons of great indie comics in the MMIndie catalog. And thank you!)
[Note: our Skype connection had a few hiccups early on, but it clears up before long. -m]
