I Didn't Care Who Got Killed - Week of 5/20/20

The Fellowship is pleased to present our Casting Call for a 1965 X-Men movie. It can be tricky to make casting choices this far in the past, but it's still a lot of fun (for us) doing the research. We talk a whole lot about characters, a fair bit about actors you may not have heard of, and a bunch of stuff in between. Plus our usual tangents galore and our comics picks of the week.
Announcements:
Come hang out with us! We usually have monthly meetups on 2nd Saturdays in Garland, TX; details on Facebook & Twitter & the Events tab on our website
We're super excited to announce our partnership with ComicBooks For Kids. Details on the website (and you should be listening to hear more, too 🙂)
What we're up to this week:
Watched Seven Samurai, The Magnificent Seven and Battle Beyond The Stars (all based on the same story), also Savage Streets and Truck Stop Women, just working and playing video games, pretty boring really, watching Puppy Dog Pals professionally, found an artist online named Kim Jung Gi who's amazing, DC is releasing Death Metal in a few weeks, collector tangent, Tubi movies - Life After Flash (Sam Jones) and I'm Not Such A Bad Guy (Dabney Coleman), more Twitch RDR roleplay

We added our picks to the website as their own page! It's an easy reference for you to find some cool stuff to read (especially in social distancing mode). So go check it out, and hit the site as you need or want 🙂

Please do what you can for not only local comic shops, but also your favorite creators online - many of them have online shops or Patreons or Kickstarter stuff - obviously take care of you and yours first, but if you can afford to buy something, every little bit helps
